All orders from ICEBORN OFFICIAL are processed and shipped from our Karachi warehouse.
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within Pakistan:
Standard Free Delivery – Trax / Rider
Tracked shipping with an estimated delivery time of 4–6 working days.
Express Delivery – TCS Express
Tracked express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1–4 working days.
Shipping charges for express delivery will be shown during checkout.
International Shipping
Standard International Delivery – CityMail / SNWWE
Tracked international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs for international orders will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, shipping distance, or local courier processes. We kindly request our international customers to allow 5–10 working days for their orders to arrive.
Failed Delivery
If a shipment cannot be successfully delivered because of issues caused by the customer, such as:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Unavailability of the recipient
Refusal to accept the package
the order may be returned to ICEBORN OFFICIAL.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred during shipping. These charges will be deducted from the total amount eligible for refund.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If the courier tracking status shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
For this reason, we strongly recommend providing a secure and reliable delivery address when placing your order.
